Fundora Capital may charge processing or administrative fees for loan applications. These fees are generally non-refundable unless the application process was not initiated by Fundora Capital due to internal technical errors.
Applicants may cancel their loan enquiry or application at any time before the final contract is signed. To cancel an application with Fundora Capital, please send a written request to contact@FundoraCapital.shop.
Refunds for specific financial consultation services provided by Fundora Capital are subject to review. If a service was not provided as described, Fundora Capital will evaluate the case and may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion.
Approved refunds from Fundora Capital are typically processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
